Renting Your Storage Space is Easy

At AG Properties, we've made renting outdoor storage simple, secure, and completely online. Whether you're storing an RV, camper, boat, trailer, vehicle, or equipment, you can reserve your space in just a few easy steps.

BROWSE AVAILABLE SPACES

View our interactive property map to see all available storage spaces. Each space includes its size, monthly rate, and availability, making it easy to find the perfect fit.

SUBMIT YOUR RESERVATION

RESERVATION REVIEW

REVIEW & SIGN YOUR LEASE

Complete our secure online reservation form with your contact information, vehicle details, and desired move-in date. Once submitted, your reservation is sent directly to our management team for review.

We'll review your request to ensure the selected space is available and meets your storage needs. You'll receive an email notification once your reservation has been approved.

After approval, you'll receive a secure electronic lease through SignWell. Simply review the agreement, sign electronically from any computer or mobile device, and submit it—no printing or scanning required.

UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Using your secure Customer Portal, you'll upload:

  • Proof of Insurance

  • Vehicle Registration

  • Driver's License

You can also access your signed lease and other important documents anytime through your account.

MOVE IN

Once your lease is signed and all required documents have been received, you're ready to move into your assigned storage space. We'll provide any final move-in instructions and access information before your scheduled arrival.
